Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel offers well-equipped rooms facing the street that are fairly quiet, though light sleepers may prefer higher floors. The period furniture could use some cleaning and maintenance, with a noticeable dip in one side of the mattress. The service is exceptional, being exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering amenities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and tours. The location in the vibrant Pigalle neighborhood is perfect, just meters from the metro, close to Moulin Rouge, and walkable to Sacré-Coeur and other charming areas, despite not being the most upscale. Dining options are delicious and good value, especially the €10 room service meals.
The hotel had hideous, cramped rooms, but the WiFi was great. On the bright side, the lovely rooms had so much character and charm, despite the restaurant below causing noise until 3 am every night.
The hotel rooms were lovely, filled with character and charm, offering thoughtful amenities like tea, coffee, and tasty chocolates. However, the room size was a bit small, and an upgrade revealed red stains in the bathtub, which was less appealing. The service was very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us despite language barriers. The hotel's location couldn't be better for exploring Pigalle, with easy access to public transportation, dining options, and attractions like Montmartre and Sacre Coeur Cathedral. The dining experience was decent but simple, and a bit overpriced for the quality offered. Overall, the hotel provides a cozy and charming stay, though some areas could use improvement.
The hotel had hideous, cramped rooms but the kind staff and bigger-than-usual rooms named after famous people made the stay pleasant. The service was courteous, sweet, and helpful despite contradicting statements from management. The location was close to various attractions, although not ideal for families with kids. The dining experience, while reasonable, could be more aligned to a 4-star hotel. Overall, the stay was comfortable with great amenities but lacked value for money.
Staying on the fifth floor with two French balconies offering lovely views over Pigalle and Sacré-Coeur was truly out of this world. The room had a thoughtful feel with lots of details, especially since we were pleasantly upgraded for free. However, the hotel is located in a loud neighborhood known for its red light district, which might not be everyone's cup of tea.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms offered stunning views overlooking the Pigalle Center and the streets of Paris, there was a downside with a leaking bathroom ceiling. On the bright side, the room featured a giant bed and a fabulous spa bath with a view of the Sacre Coeur, providing a touch of luxury.
